ShotBatch for Mac
Terms of Use
Effective 21 September 2026. License to use the ShotBatch macOS app.
The seller
ShotBatch is published by MRLCDC LLC. By using the ShotBatch app or these pages you agree to these terms and contract with MRLCDC LLC.
The product
ShotBatch is a macOS application that analyzes a master you select and writes a content pack of stills, clips, loops, print, and delivery notes to a folder you select. It is not a social network, not a cloud editor, and not a publishing scheduler.
License
Lite is $39.99 for one master with unlimited re-export of that project. Pro is $129.99 for unlimited projects plus studio upscale. Both are one-time licenses. Without a license, the app is preview only and cannot make a usable export.
The direct edition has a 14-day trial, available only for Direct. Direct purchases of Lite or Pro are sold through Paddle. ShotBatch is live on the Mac App Store. The App Store edition has no trial: its $0 download requires a Lite or Pro non-consumable in-app purchase for usable exports. Lite and Pro are the only in-app license offers. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, plus these terms. Purchases are not transferable between the App Store and direct editions.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse ShotBatch or these pages. That includes unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing others’ intellectual property, and interfering with the security or operation of the software or this site (malware, probing, scraping). We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms.
Your media
You represent that you have the right to analyze and export the masters you drop on ShotBatch. You keep copyright in your footage and in the stills and clips ShotBatch writes from that footage. ShotBatch does not claim ownership of client packs.
Do not use ShotBatch to process media you are not allowed to copy. You are responsible for model releases, music licenses, and delivery contracts with your clients.
Local processing
Processing happens on your Mac. ShotBatch does not host your gallery. If you use Share pack, you copy the folder to a host you control. A passcode, if set, is stored as a hash in that folder, not sent to ShotBatch.
Payments
Our direct order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for direct orders and handles direct billing inquiries and returns. Direct payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Apple processes Mac App Store in-app purchases under its terms. App and license support remains available through our Support page.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on direct purchases. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact us through the Support page. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple under Apple’s own policies.
No warranty
ShotBatch is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Ranking, transcripts, face labels, and crop suggestions are helpers, not a guarantee of a specific creative result. Always review the pack before you send it to a client. To the extent permitted by law, MRLCDC LLC is not liable for lost footage, missed delivery dates, or incidental damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits.
